Mike Ferrari and Wyn Thomas were delighted to assist Bob and Megs Wilson in raising money for the Willow Foundation at the Club's Blake Hall Gardens event on 4th August.

They very kindly donated a Jaguar XJ40 Sovereign to be raffled off on the day. The winning ticket was drawn by Bob Wilson at 3.30pm that day which raised a total of £2,280 for the Foundation. The winner, member Alan Garner, after a victory drive around the event, took delivery of his XJ40 prize along with insurance certificate from Footman-James and was able to drive it away that day joining his XJ-S at home.

The Willow Foundation was established in 1999 by Bob and Megs Wilson as a lasting memorial to their daughter Anna Carey. The charity organises 'special days' for seriously ill young adults aged between the ages of 16 and 40. Further details can be found at their web site www.willow-foundation.org
